We were at Seremban to take care of some personal business last weekend. Of course we didn’t missed out on the famous ‘siew pau’. No one can say that they have step foot on Seremban without tasting the yummy ‘siew pau‘.
It’s best eaten fresh out of the oven while the chicken/pork fillings is still steaming hot. We bought a dozen and gobbled all up while driving back to KL. *wakaka!
I swear it taste different from those we get in KL. Although the dough comes from Seremban also, KL siew pau somehow doesn’t taste just as good.
Too bad it was on a Sunday. Most of the shops and restaurant was closed. We were dying to try the chicken curry baked in bread. Maybe next time then.
